How does an estimate begin?
Send the property address, room list, photos, large items, timing, and access details. The scope is confirmed from the actual property rather than a one-size-fits-all number.
What should I remove first?
Take out important papers, medication, jewelry, financial records, keys, family keepsakes, and anything that must remain.
Can a condo or storage space be included?
Possibly. Elevator reservations, gate access, loading rules, parking, and facility requirements must be confirmed before scheduling.
Do you take paint, chemicals, or unknown containers?
Do not mix hazardous or unidentified material with ordinary household contents. Send a clear photo and description so the correct disposal path can be discussed.
Is same-day service guaranteed?
No. Timing depends on the property, scope, access, and current availability.
Do I have to be at the property?
Access and authorization must be arranged. Whether you remain onsite depends on the agreed plan and the decisions still outstanding.
What changes the price?
Item volume, density, weight, labor, stairs, elevators, parking distance, sorting needs, and special handling all affect the work.
